Refund Policy

  1. Refund policy eligible only on >1 year plans.
  2. Refunds are limited to one per customer (i.e. multiple services don’t qualify or multiple signups)
  3. Refunds are not granted to accounts closed for TOS violations
  4. No refund will be provided if our team do not find any issue in the Hosting Server from our side.
  5. No refund will be made if your Service(s) is suspended (due to Email Marketing/Email, Abuse/Misuse of our service/Inappropriate/Illegal/Immoral/Account Over-use) or terminated
  6. No refund policy for installation fee, SSL certificates, Business email and licenses or custom software installs.

7 Day Money Back : 

If in any case, you are not satisfied with our services, we’ll refund 100% when cancelled within 7 days from day of activation and the domain registered will be up for grabs. No migration support will be provided from our end. No Domain ownership will be provided.

30 Days Refund:

When you cancel the plan within 30 days due to issue from our side 80% Money will be refunded ( Refer point 6 ) and the domain registered will be cancelled.

Note: 30 days refund will be provided only if complaint is registered within 30 days from date of activation.
